Open Source in Products

In this full-day seminar, you will learn everything you need to know about license-compliant delivery of products that contain open-source software. It provides an integrative perspective that shows how the legal counsel, the engineering department, and the person or office tasked with managing open source work together best. It is therefore suitable for all main stakeholders.

The Challenge: Deliver Open Source in Compliance with Licenses or Face Legal Action

Manufacturers of products containing open-source software must comply with the obligations imposed by the licenses of the open-source code they use. Failure to do so may result in immediate distribution and delivery bans if violations are discovered.

The Solution: License-Compliant Distribution of Open Source in Products

This seminar provides a comprehensive introduction to the license-compliant distribution of products that contain open-source code. It takes an integrative approach, demonstrating how the legal department, development team, and the individual or department responsible for open-source management can work together effectively. Designed for all key stakeholders, this seminar fosters collaboration and ensures an efficient and legally compliant approach to open-source distribution.
